PRINCETON – Perry Memorial Hospital and OSF Healthcare have announced an agreement that will transfer ownership of the Princeton hospital from the city to OSF. The agreement, two years in the making, will add the 25 bed facility to the 14 hospital network of OSF, headquartered in Peoria. Integration is expected to occur sometime this summer after necessary regulatory approvals are finalized.
