OTTAWA – Flanked by state and local officials, Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker spoke Thursday afternoon at a building near the LaSalle County Health Department in Ottawa. The Governor warned of the cases of COVID-19 being on the rise and stressed the importance of wearing a mask. The visit, which also provided an update on state coronavirus infections, was held in the same building where the county will be resuming drive-thru testing.
