OTTAWA – Repairs to the roof of St. Columba Church will require an alley to be closed in Ottawa. City officials say the 100 block of West Washington Street from Columbus Street west to the alley will be closed to all traffic beginning Monday. The alley will remain open but parked equipment will require closing the east half of the block and eliminate all traffic and on-street parking. Repairs are expected to take several days.
